Any actual roofing, siding, deck or railing project is governed by a separate written proposal and/or contract signed by you and Zenith Construction, which controls pricing, scope, warranty and payment terms for that project. Nothing on this Site is a guarantee of price, timeline, or availability for a specific project until that agreement is signed.
SMS Messaging Terms & Conditions
This section describes Zenith Construction's text messaging (SMS) program.
- Program description. Zenith Construction's SMS program is used to send appointment confirmations and reminders, estimate and proposal notifications, and project status updates related to Services you have requested. If you separately opt in, we may also send occasional promotional messages about roofing, siding and exterior services.
- How you opt in. You may opt in to receive text messages by providing your mobile phone number and affirmatively agreeing to receive texts — for example, through a checkbox on our website's estimate or contact form, verbally to one of our representatives (which we log), or during an in-person project consultation. Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply.
- Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your project's stage and, if applicable, your promotional opt-in. Message and data rates may apply.
